This amazing duplex overlooking the harbour of S’Estanyol welcomes 6 guests.In the exteriors of this wonderful duplex located in the port of S’Estanyol you will find a fantastic terrace where you can relax or sunbathe on the sun loungers available. The outdoor dining area will be the ideal place to extend the evenings in the company of your loved ones. Being located in a residential area, this accommodation has direct neighbours, so privacy is partial. Inside this two-storey apartment, you will find a living-dining room, equipped with AC, satellite TV and CD and DVD player, which will be ideal for enjoying the company of your loved ones. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it’s time to sleep, there are 3 bedrooms with AC and access to the terrace. The first has a double bed, the second has two bunk beds and the third has two single beds. A bathroom with shower and a toilet complete the stay. You can use the washing machine, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair. S’Estanyol de Mitjorn is a small town located on the south coast of Majorca, in the Balearic Islands, Spain. It is part of the municipality of Llucmajor and is about 20 kilometres from the island’s capital, Palma de Mallorca. The population of S’Estanyol de Mitjorn is around 500 inhabitants and its economy is mainly based on fishing, nature tourism and water sports. The town has a small beach of white sand and crystal-clear waters, as well as numerous coves and natural spots of great beauty. Furthermore, in the surrounding area you can find important archaeological sites, such as the Talayotic of Capocorb Vell, which offer an insight into the rich history of the island of Mallorca. Note: The weekend of the 24th, 25th and 26th of July are the patron saint festivities in s’Estanyol and take place just down the street from the apartment. Note: This rental cannot accept guests under 25 years of age, except in cases where they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the ID card of each person in order to accept the booking.
